  5. This system has been developed for stock awareness of internal usage, much of
  6. which is stationery and marketing literature.Each stock item can be traced by
  7. a code number or description, and a price-per-unit and current stock held is
  8. available.  A valuation report can be called at any time for all or part of the
  9. stock.  Stock received is recorded, and suppliers can be noted and prices
  10. updated.  It is possible for re-order levels to be kept for a re-order list to
  11. be printed.Requisitions are entered in a list with the department, name and
  12. number attributed to each item in the list. The usage of such can be reported
  13. itemised or in total, by department or all departments in total.
